99% Uptime

Although it is hard to summarize the data for all of our servers in our Dispatch Operations Center (DOC), We estimate our network uptime has been 99.99% over the past 6 months! (plus or minus 0.002%).

How are we able to achieve this outstanding result? Every piece of equipment in our facility has a completely redundant backup component. If the need arises, we can switch over within minutes (sometimes seconds). Being a UL certified company requires we accomplish these results.
